If you don’t have the time to soak your feet regularly, just use the pumice stone after showering when your skin is softest.

After soaking your feet for 10-15 minutes wet the pumice stone and gently rub it over your heels using a circular motion. Pat your feet dry and follow with a deeply nourishing Lotion Bar.
